Filled with meaningful prayer prompts, as well as summaries of the lessons found in our mentoring program, the Sisters of Strength Journal provides high school girls with a beautiful place to write their responses to the questions that will be used in small group discussion. Ultimately, writing in the journal aims to foster a stronger bond and connection between the girl and Christ. 

The Sisters of Strength Journal is designed to complement and accompany the lessons in Sisters of Strength: A Catholic Mentoring Program for High School Girls.
